I gave myself a little break on the Resolution blog while I recovered from the appendectomy. Since I am back to the real world now, I will get back to the project a day. I considered keeping up with it during recovery, but didn't think it was much to be proud of to have slept for 15 hours one day, and to have finally watched Mamma Mia another. Oh, and there is a day I don't even really remember in there too. You get the picture.

I have been working really hard to makeover the family blog the last couple of days. I was about to break down and pay for someone to do it, but I did it. I cannot stand working with codes and things, and a lot of that is involved in rearranging a blog. I lost some things in the process, but as of about 5 minutes ago, I think it's all back to normal. I really wanted a white background because the pictures show up so much better, but wanted it to be cute too (but not too cute!) What do you think?

Some days you really can't do anything but take care of kids. This was one of those days. Noah was attached to me almost all day long. He has RSV and double ear infections. It was not a happy day. My house is a disaster.

I bought a box of mystery books at a bookfair once, and ended up with a ton of duplicates. I'm finally getting rid of some of them.

Mt. Laundry

Not exactly of my choosing, but it was getting ridiculous. I really wanted to go to bed, but I attacked it. Sadly Mt. Laundry returned just 24 hours later.

Etsy Shop

I have been wanting to set up an Etsy shop with the nursing covers and tutus. I'm not done yet, but I'm at least set up.

Out with the old

I filled up a box with clothes that I never wear.

Sadly, it's still in my bathroom, but at least I'm done filling it.

Now I just need to nag John enough to load it up and take it to goodwill.

Escape to Clara's Party

Somehow, I didn't realize that we had planned Clara's party for the same weekend as Created By God. Created by God is not my favorite part of my job, but I realize it's a good thing. It's basically the birds and the bees talk from a Christian point of view. If you know my modesty issues, you know that this is very uncomfortable for me! Anyway, happy thoughts. I was able to escape the Saturday session long enough to see the fashion show at Clara's "Dress Like Your Babie" party. It was so fun!

Back in the Ebay Business

I used to sell stuff on ebay all the time. I got really burned by a crazy psycho buyer once who threatened me and called my boss. It was scary. I'm back, but under a new name and more precautions. Wish me luck.

Carseat Switch

We finally switched Noah it a rear facing convertible seat. I couldn't carry him in the carrier any more. It's true that John did most of the work on this, but would it have happened without me nagging? Probably not.
